A loop is anything The Think Tank runs for you on a schedule — a morning brief, a weekday review, a one-time reminder — then pings you with the result. Recurring tasks run on a leash: they start cautious (prepare and report, never act outward on their own), and only earn full autonomy after a run of clean results. Capped per day, and it pauses itself if it starts failing. Pause or remove any loop anytime.
